1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By placing an order with us, you agree to accept these terms and conditions. If you have any queries about our terms and conditions, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.
1.1 Use our Secure Server Order Form to purchase an item. Please ensure that all details you provide to Abreadbag for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods must be true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. All information about you remains confidential at all times.
1.2 We may refuse to accept an order if: (a) the items are no longer available; (b) we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment; (c) if there has been a pricing or product description error.
2. CUSTOM ORDERS
2.1 If you like our products but can’t find the right size, or simply wish custom tailored item, please contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you with your order and advise you on delivery terms.
2.2 No minimum quantities apply for custom orders.
3.1 We use Paypal to accept payments from both Paypal account and Credit/ Debit Cards. Paypal is a global leader in online payments, whereby your payments will reach us fast and secure.

If you have an account with Paypal, login with your account details and make a payment.If you do not have a Paypal account, you can pay with your Credit or Debit Card through the Paypal gateway. Paypal Payment System accepts all Credit and Debit cards. Simply follow the Paypal instructions to process the card payment. Your Credit and Debit Card information is strictly confidential, Abreadbag will not have any access to this information.3.3 Once your payment has been processed you will receive a confirmation email as well as order processing updates and shipment details.
4. SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
4.1 Our products are hand-made to order. However, we do keep a small quantity of items in stock. If the items are in stock, they are shipped within 1-3 business days after receiving confirmation of payment. In the case of a hurry, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, let us know of your deadline for the delivery, and we shall strive to meet it!
4.2 Depending on the availability of goods, please allow 5 to 21 business days for delivery.
4.3 Deliveries are made during the working hours, between 10 am and 5 pm.
4.4 We will not be liable for your loss, or third party delay or failure to process, fulfil or deliver items to you (or your nominated recipient) as a result of inaccurate or incomplete personal details provided in the Order Form by you.
5. ITEMS OUT OF STOCK
5.1 All our products are made to order, which means only limited quantities may be available for immediate dispatch. If an item is out of stock, please allow between 2 to 3 weeks for the delivery.
5.2 We will notify you of the expected delay in the delivery of your order.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We accept orders from and deliver to all countries worldwide!
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
For delivery of goods we use Slovak post (depending on the country). You will see the shipping costs at your “Checkout” stage after you enter a shipping address. If your order exceeds 300€ or 350$ (dollar amount can be slightly different because of the dollar cross-rate), you will not be required to pay shipping costs. The delivery section will automatically be marked as “Free delivery”. This applies to customers from all countries.

7. WILL I BE CHARGED WITH CUSTOM AND IMPORT DUTIES?
The pickup transport is already paid for, but if you live outside EU, you have to pay local customs and VAT. Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. Unfortunately, Linen Abreadbag has no control over these charges. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country so we cannot tell you what the cost would be. If you are in doubt over these charges contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
8.1 If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items within 14 days from the date of the delivery
8.2 NON-SALE items may be exchanged for another product or a full refund within 14 business days of receiving the items.
8.3 SALE items may be exchanged for another product only, unless the product is faulty or damaged, in which case you may be liable for a full refund.
8.4 The refund will be made within a period of 14 days from the day after we receive the products back from you, or (if earlier) the day on which you provide us with evidence you have returned the products.
8.5 All items must be returned unused and in a saleable condition with a proof of the purchase.
8.6 All items exchanged for another product will incur an extra delivery charge.
8.7 The arrangement of the return postage and paying the postal fees is your responsibility. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We suggest using a registered delivery service to keep the proof of postage.
8.8 We do not hold a liability for products that get lost or damaged in return transit. We retain the right to deduct from your refund for damage or wear and tear where you have used (or excessively handled) the products, and this results in the value of the products being diminished.
9.1 If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 12 hours of placing the order. In such case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products within 14 business days.
9.2 To cancel, please send us an email to email@example.com quoting your name and a request for an “Urgent Cancellation”.
9.3 If you wish to cancel your order after more than 12 hours of the order being placed, you will need to wait until you receive the product and then follow our Returns procedure.
10. COLOUR REPRODUCTION
10.1 Linen (flax) is a natural fibre and not always uniform in texture and colour. While every effort is made to ensure the colour reproduction of our catalogue and website is as accurate as possible, we cannot guarantee a 100% colour match.
10.2 Please, note that the colour of the products may also slightly vary depending on the device you are viewing the product.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
11.1 All and any Intellectual Property Rights in connection with the Products are owned exclusively by Abreadbag.
By registering or placing an order on this website, you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information under the terms of this policy. We will treat your personal information as confidential. We actively seek to comply with all applicable Slovakia data protection and consumer legislation. Unless required to do so by law, we will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide to us without your consent.
12.1 When you shop on Abreadbag website, we will ask you to input and will collect personal information from you, such as name, address, email address, telephone number, credit card details, password etc. We may also collect information about your usage of our website as well as information about you from messages you post to the website and e-mails or letters you send to us.
12.2 We use your personal information for the following purposes:
(a) Processing your orders;
(b) administering the website and serving the website content to you
(c) informing you about your purchase or related items.
12.3 We do not keep any credit card details on file ourselves. If you choose to save your payment details with us we use a trusted 3rd party who stores them on our behalf, and we are not able to access the full card details.
